Hi, I’m Stephen — founder of Studio Wilmara and a devoted animal lover.

Going back about 22 years, when I was a child, we had our first dog, Wilma, a gentle and loving Cocker Spaniel who quickly became my best friend. I grew up with her, and she became a huge part of my life and my earliest memories. Since then, I’ve been lucky to share life with several pets — each one reminding me how much joy, warmth, and personality animals bring into our lives.

Wilma’s name inspired Wilmara — a brand built to celebrate the love and connection we share with our pets in a way that feels meaningful, timeless, and beautifully designed.

I wanted to create something special — a brand that makes forever-lasting memories, but also art that genuinely looks beautiful in any home. Each portrait is crafted by real artists, with careful attention to detail, quality, and modern design.
