General Questions
Will I get to see my portrait before it’s printed?
Yes. We’ll send you a digital preview by email of your artwork before it goes to print. This way you can request adjustments if something doesn’t feel quite right — we want you to be completely happy with the final piece.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
For the best results, choose a picture taken in natural light (no flash) and at your pet’s eye level — it really brings out their personality! Check out our Photo Guide before you order.
We review every pet photo as soon as we get your order. If there’s any problem, we’ll email you to request another photo.
Do both pets need to be in the same photo for the Two Pet Portrait?
No, we can work from individual photos of each pet. We get it — capturing them together in one shot is almost impossible!
Do you also create pet portraits of pets that are no longer with us?
Yes, we create portraits in memory of beloved pets who have passed. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the artwork captures your companion in the best possible way, even if you only have a few photos available. Do you only create portraits of certain animals?
Not at all! We create pet portraits of all animals.
Will the portrait include only my pet?
Yes — the focus of every portrait is your pet. If your photo has people in it, we’ll carefully crop them out so the spotlight stays where it belongs. Accessories such as collars and bandanas will be included, so be sure to choose a photo where your pet looks just the way you’d like them to appear in the final artwork.

Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are sent from our production facility in the US.
What are your shipping costs?
We currently ship to the USA
For orders under $100, a flat $9,99 shipping fee applies in the US.

How long will shipping take?
Our portraits are made to order, so delivery times can vary slightly:
- Usually arrives within 1–1.5 weeks after purchase.
- Once your portrait is printed, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your portrait ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your furry friend’s artwork all the way to your door.
Will multiple portraits arrive together?
Sometimes items ship separately because they’re made at different times, but don’t worry — each one is worth the short wait!
Returns
Can I return my portrait if I’m not happy with it?
Because each portrait is custom-made with care, we generally do not accept returns — every piece is uniquely created from the photo you provide. Don’t worry, though — our talented artists will make any adjustments needed to ensure your portrait looks exactly how you envisioned it before it’s printed.
